Marriage with an opt out clause?

October 2, 2011 – First Hong Kong announces the McWedding, where couples on a budget can hold their wedding and reception at the local McDonald’s.

Now Mexico is proposing a new marriage license that would allow couples to walk away after a two-year trial rather than go through the divorce process.

Our international friends certainly found creative solutions to two big issues when it comes to marriage: the cost of a big wedding, and staying together forever.

  1. lol — You have to laugh about the 2-year deal or otherwise you’d cry. Makes you wonder what happens to any children born during that period.
