November 14, 2011 – I recently read an article from dice.com, the career site that helps people find tech jobs, that shares an interesting message: hiring managers are interested in finding the answers to only three questions from potential job candidates.
– Can you do the job?
– Are you motivated to do the work?
– Will you fit in with the manager and the team?
How do they arrive at the answers they want? By asking you a variety of typical and maybe not so typical interview questions, no matter how crazy they may seem.
So there’s no getting around it, folks. It’s best to go into an interview prepared to answer every question that you can imagine with confidence and poise. Just try to craft your answers to coincide with one of those three questions, and you’re golden.
